GENERAL

• What does the Haldex Academy training offer?
  Haldex Academy is able to offer face-to-face training, webinars and e-learning as well as blended training. One of the advantages of Haldex Academy is also offers training paths in the frame of rapid skill improvement.
  
  
• Who is the Haldex Academy training for?
  Our training sessions are primarily aimed at employees on the Haldex service centres, our network. But the first three training modules by e-learning have been designed for all those wishing to learn about braking technology and the Haldex products, trailer manufacturers, axle manufacturers, workshops and fleets.
  
  
• Can I use Haldex Academy on mobile devices?
  Yes, Haldex Academy is also available for mobile devices, you can use the available materials anywhere and anytime.

 

TRAINING COURSES

• How do I check the current list of available training sessions?
  To see the available training topics, use the "All our courses" tab, you will find all available training there. Use the available filters to narrow down the list to the topics you are interested in.
  
  
• How long is each E-learning training module?
  E-learning training modules last between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. They consist of 4 or 5 modules, each part ends with a short quiz. To go to the next module, you must successfully pass the quiz, but don't worry - you have as many attempts as you need.
  
  
• What are the languages available?
  All E-learning training modules above will be available in 10 languages (EN, FR, DE, NL, IT, SP, HU, CZ, PL, RU). In the case of face-to-face training and webinars, to find out in which languages are available, it is best to check in the "All our courses" tab and filter the language you require.
  
  
•  What is the price for each training module?
  The range of prices will be aligned with the market proposal depending on the topic of the training module. The cost of training is displayed on each course content page and varies in each region.

 

REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT

• How do I register for Haldex Academy so I can take advantage of available material?
  If you have found an interesting training topic, you must click on the "Enrol" button, and a registration form window will appear. To register with Haldex Academy, you must fill in all the mandatory fields provided in the form. Your application will then be sent to the local administrator to verify your details and create your Haldex Academy account. Verification will be done as soon as possible.
  
  
• Can I see a sample training before I register?
  To take advantage of the knowledge available at Haldex Academy, you must first register. However, the materials available in the "videos and tutorial" section are free of charge.

 

ACCOUNT & DASHBOARD

• How long is the account access available?
  Access to the platform is available as long as the account is existing and is valid. A learner can always have access to all his documents and certificates. In the case of e-learning modules, you have access to them for 12 months from the launch of the course.
  
  
• How do I monitor my progress in training?
  You can track your progress on the platform after logging in. In the dashboard, you will find information about your progress, as well as information about upcoming training dates, your certificates or new training.
  
  
• Who can I contact if I have questions or problems?
  In case of problems with accessing the account, starting the training or any other matter, it is best to contact the local administrator taking care of Haldex Academy in your country. You can find their contact here.

 

INVOICING & PAYMENT

• How to pay for training?
  An invoice will be sent by the local administrator for the training chosen. This will be sent to the details supplied when registration is sent to the local administrator. Payment can then be made as detailed in the invoice.
